Improve yourself v Prove yourself

A Rambling Mind - it's ok to waffle

Every Tuesday I jump on a call with Christina Kisley and ramble.

It's me taking advantage of Chris being my new found online friend (whether she wants to be friends or not) and the fact she is a mind genius.

The idea is around the thought that sometimes we don't always want or have a beautifully curated script, sometimes we have a thought that we want to explore but we are are afraid to share in case we look stupid. In case someone thinks we are waffling. Well my mission now is to allow the waffle, love the ramble - it's where the great ideas live!

I have no problem in looking stupid. Asking questions is now my profession.

This week its about Improve Yourself v Prove Yourself.

Some brilliant nuggets:
> We are programmed to believe we have to know all the answers
> Perfection is only in the eye of the beholder
> One person's perfection is another person's failure
> We can all be in Improve mode if we want to be
> Your perfection is probably holding you back
> Your perfection could be causing others harm

You can watch us ramble here.

Would love to know your thoughts.
