Why sometimes we just need to get over ourselves

On a ramble in this session we explore why we just need to get over ourselves. We exhaust ourselves. We let loose on ourselves. That inner chatter, that endless feeling we aren’t good enough, we need to do more, we need to do less. Life is complex. There are no simple, easy fixes (despite the headlines). You’ll find yourself conflicted, you’ll find yourself undecided, you’ll feel tired, but hopeful, and excited, but worried.
