“When teams go through change it’s not about leaders and followers, it’s about walking through it together, shoulder to shoulder.”

For a team to create big change it starts with every member of the team being given space to say goodbye, absorb and process what this means for them.

Without this space change is built on sand, relying on the luck of the tide to hold it together. Space for individuals to process creates foundations to build on.

Team Rambling

Change doesn’t start with leaders. The idea, the goal, the vision might have started with the leaders but now it’s about the collective moving forward together. This experience is about creating space for individuals to explore what the change means to them.

We start with a theme, challenge, problem that the team want to explore. By moving through the experience as individuals the team are given time to think for themselves without group influence.

For big change to happen people have to go through what it means to them at their pace, and through their lens. They have to be given tie to translate, process, ask questions, form views.

Unravel

Space for individuals to say goodbye, process and absorb what change means to them. This is about each team member exploring and unravelling thoughts for themselves.

Roam

With change comes possibility and opportunity. We now get curious and think of ideas for what might come out of change. There maybe questions to explore, things that need immediate attention, ideas that present opportunities.

Reset

So now for the future focus. What are the priorities, the things to take forward, the things to leave behind. What needs more work as individuals. What does the team want to work on collectively?
