Who I am?
I have had senior roles, including leadership development, for 23 years for brands including Costa Coffee, RAC, Virgin Atlantic, Vodafone.
I have been the trusted communications adviser for many CEOs during times of mergers and aquisitions, digital transformation, change programmes, ambitious growth challenges, recession and declinng market. It’s kept me on my toes.
As well as coaching I am a communications and change consultant and supported transformation programmes at Channel 4, Trinity Mirror and Harvey Nichols.
I founded Another Door to support people through losing their job to finding their next career move. I am the author of Why losing your job could be the best thing that eve happened to you, published by Penguin Random House.
I also write a daily note on substck, host a podcast, run Rethinkers live and run a number of annual events inclding a walking conference in The Lake District.
But enough about me - this is about you.
It’s actually irrelevant who I (say) I am and what I’ve done. I’m a qualified coach and understand the importance to hold space for someone to find thoer own answers. But I blend my packages and include times you can just jump on a call if there is something urgent to share, and we build in idea sessions where we through around ideas, I can share my experience and my thoughts.
